The Unified Support Centre (USC) at Carleton University approached FullView Agency with a critical mission: to build a secure, intuitive, and fully custom platform to support students experiencing food insecurity. Their operations required a digital solution capable of managing hamper requests, tracking fulfilment, and simplifying communication between students, staff, and volunteers.

Our team designed and developed a tailored web application built specifically for USC’s workflow. Students can create an account, log in securely, and submit hamper requests through a user friendly interface designed for clarity and accessibility. Behind the scenes, the system manages every step of the process, enabling USC staff to review requests, prepare orders, and mark them as fulfilled with ease.

A significant portion of the build involved advanced custom logic, including:

  • Secure user authentication for Carleton students

  • Automated rules for request eligibility and frequency

  • Real time hamper request tracking and status management

  • Custom administrative dashboards to streamline fulfilment

  • Automated email notifications and communication tools

  • Scalable architecture that adapts to growing demand
